Energetic Dogs

My dogs are extremely energetic, I wish I had the same amount or even a little bit of the energy my dogs have.
As soon as I come in from work there they are jumping all over me! “excited” is not the word!!
The bad thing about it is they are never calm and are always wanting attention.
